It continues with answering questions and educating our customers on silver (from manufacturer history to variations in each pattern over time to helping select the right flatware setting and serving pieces), same-day responses to phone calls and messages, prompt and professional packing and shipping, and support in tracking and delivery. We are also the only supplier that offers support to ensure that what you purchase will match the dates and markings of your existing silver.

We use third-party protections and data backup to provide a high level of security. We also use third-party banking systems such that we do not keep or store critical bank or credit card information.
