Shipping Policy
At Affordable Sterling, we understand how important it is to receive your beautiful silver in a timely and secure manner. We have over 20 years of experience in shipping heavy, delicate, and expensive items. We have made over 15,000 shipments and have done so with zero damage.

We ship within 4 business days (often much sooner), using USPS Ground Advantage and Flat Rate USPS Priority Boxes for smaller items, and FedEx Ground for larger, bulkier items. For international shipping to approved countries, we use USPS Priority Shipping. Alternate shipping methods (i.e. UPS, FedEx 2nd Day, etc.) are available upon request at additional cost, if applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since most of our products are vintage and antique silver products no longer in production, our ability to return and exchange is limited to patterns or products we show to be still in stock. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available within 14 calendar days of receipt, and only for "not as described" conditions. Items returned for other reasons will incur a restocking fee (15% or $50, whichever is higher).

Affordable Sterling takes extra precautions and professionally packs items to ensure their safe and speedy arrival. In the extremely rare case that an item is damaged or otherwise not as described, simply initiate a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition and properly packaged.
